The most of this passage is about the impression of Mrs. Roosevelt’s struggle for human rights.

Yes, it does. This passage give a positive impression of Mrs.Roosevelt because her struggle for human rights and her characteristics which is friendly, tireless worker, modesty, intelligent, etc. Even, Adlai Stevenson said that she would rather light a candle than curse the darkness.
4. What did Mrs. Roosevelt feel was her greatest accomplishment?
I guess she was glad and felt proud because her struggle was success.
5. What can you tell about Mrs. Roosevelt as a person?
Mrs. Roosevelt is a good figure to follow. She has given a important constribution in human rights that we can feel now.

Two passage are similar in the person that they told, Mrs. Roosevelt. But, they’re different in the way of telling about Mrs. Roosevelt. The encyclopedia is more complete than the web page.
3. If you were writing a report on Mrs. Roosevelt’s life, which source would be more useful, the web page or the encyclopedia entry? Why?
The encyclopedia entry is more useful because it told us more about Mrs. Roosevelt’s life, her childhood, her family, her carier, etc.
4. If you were writing a report about the United Nations, which source would be more useful, the web page or the encyclopedia entry? Why?
The web page is more useful because it told more about Mrs. Roosevelt’s struggle for human rights in United Nations.
5. Which easier to skim, the web page or the encyclopedia entry? Why?
I guess the encyclopedia entry is easier to skim because it didn’t use many difficult terms and to tell you the truth, reading about someone’s life is more interesting for me.
